I am sorry for the delay with your sons marker. I assure you we take complaints very seriously and I immediately began investigating. It appears the proof was not provided to you all by one of advisors who is no longer with the company. When this was discovered, we promptly had Mr. Gonzalez approve the proof on October 19th while he was at the funeral home inquiring on the status of the marker. We immediately placed the order and put a rush on the order. The marker has been received and installed as December 10th.

We arrived 30 minutes late and she appeared, and did not greet us. We did not enter the funeral home at the same time and I asked her to wait a minute. She rudely said we have to wait for them now. I immediately told her they were coming in now. We entered her office, and she only had 4 chairs, and I had specifically told her we would be 6.

I buried my baby girl here in 2017 and then yesterday we buried my dad. Our experience here as been exceptional! Ludmila helped with everything for my dad and she made the preparation easy for my mom and the family.
